MEET BCCP STAFF
W. Lolita Lucas is the Executive Director. She worked for the organization 10 years ago as the Douglass Site Coordinator. She rejoined the organization as the Executive Director in February 2009.
Deb Wahl is the Executive Assistant/Office Manager. She has been a welcome asset to the organization for the past year.
Kalei Holder is the Community Involvement Coordinator. She brings tremendous professionalism and enthusiasm to her new position. She has been critical in the engagement of citizenry in all of Boone County. She joined the organization in November 2009 and is a welcome addition.
Jerod Ellis is our Fiscal Manager. He has a long career with the Partnership. He recently returned as the Fiscal Manager in March 2009.
Robin Tapp is one of our Communities Empowering Youth Project Coordinators. Robin started as a volunteer for the organization because of her love for youth services. She is now a Co-Coordinator of our youth-targeted initiative.
Karita McDowall is one of our Communities Empowering Youth Project Coordinators. Karita began her BCCP career as an Administrative Assistant. Today, she assists in capacity building, professional development and direct program service for our youth population.
Ken Luraas is our new Resource Development Coordinator. He is responsible for fund diversification. He brings a wealth of experience and a great attitude. He joined the team in November 2009.
