"Welcome Home" Backpack
Outreach Program
The Wecome Home Backpack Outreach Program began with a BCCP Americorps Vista, Ryan Doxley. He was key in the creation of a method in which ex-offenders had access to the critical things necessary to succeed when first released.
The backpack includes living essentials, resource information, Columbia Area Transit System bus passes, and a Wal-Mart gift card.

The BCOTN "Welcome Home" Backpack Outreach Program partner agencies are The Crossing Prison Ministry, the Columbia Christian Re-Entry Coalition, Love Inc., the Boone County Department of Corrections, community members and the Boone County Community Partnership.
Here's how you can help.
We would like to give special thanks and appreciation to our local Wal-Mart Stores #80 and #451 for their generous donation and partnership for the "Welcome Home" Backpack Outreach Program!!
THANK YOU!!
